• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited
• If your registration details change (such as phone number or address), please notify jaya nai support immediately
• You are responsible for notifying jaya nai immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account

For Sports Betting, jaya nai determines win or loss based on official results. In the event of any dispute, the official scoreboard or the ruling of the relevant sports authority shall be considered final.

Jaya nai is a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity
• Hacking the platform's software or exploiting vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Using jaya nai for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Harassing or threatening other players
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks against jaya nai
• Claiming bonus benefits across multiple accounts
